Who runs this site

This site is run by Michal Jaszczuk, trading as MikeDrop Digital, an individual sole operator based at Gryfa Pomorskiego, Gdynia, Poland. There is no company behind it, just one person. You can reach me at [email protected].

What I collect

Only what you type into the application form: your name, your business name, the area you serve, what your business does, whether you have a website and a Google Business Profile, your website address, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you choose to give it, and anything you write in the notes box.

That's it. I don't run analytics, I don't run advertising, and this site sets no cookies.

Where it goes

The form is delivered to my email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. They pass the message on and don't use it for anything else. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security purposes.

What I do with it

I read it, look at your business and your competition, and reply to you. That's the only use. I will not add you to a mailing list, and I will not sell, share or pass your details to anyone else.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my email for up to 12 months so I can pick up a conversation if you come back to me. If we end up working together, I keep what's needed for the work and for tax records.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll do it. No forms, no process. If you're in the EU or UK and you think I've handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
